Despite being a seafood-centric Asian-inspired restaurant, ARIA Resort & Casino’s CATCH Las Vegas is quite vegan-friendly.

Entering through a long, ethereal tunnel decked with twinkling lights and flowers hanging from the ceiling, Catch has quickly garnered a reputation for not only being super Instagram-friendly, but for being super delicious. Just ask the rotating list of celebs spotted at The Strip restaurant.
Dress up and head out for a night on the world-famous Strip for some vegan dining at CATCH.
Vegan and vegan-friendly appetizers at Catch include the baby gem Caesar salad with sugar snap peas, asparagus, avocado and sunflower seeds (ask for a dressing sub).
Definitely try CATCH’s crispy cauliflower, a spicy aioli cauliflower unlike any other cauliflower appetizer in town. As one friend says, it’s “like crack, it’s so good.” We’ve never tried crack, but this cauliflower is damn good.
As for the sushi, you can order the King Oyster Mushroom roll, and just hold the spicy mayo.
For the main course, order the savory wild mushroom spaghetti. To make it vegan, just hold the parmesan.
Vegan side dishes at CATCH include charred broccolini and truffle fries (hold the parmesan).
Whatever you do, please, please be sure to save room for dessert. The perfect end to this indulgent evening is the restaurant’s vegan pistachio cheesecake, a rich and creamy dish with coconut sorbet and black cherry jam.
