You know I’m a sucker for pizza. If there’s a vegan pizza near me to try, I’m there. So, when I heard about Pizza Twist and their marriage of Indian food and pizza (who’d have thunk?!?!), it was one of my first stops. Sure, Indian and pizza don’t sound like they’d go together. And, perhaps your tastebuds may question your life choices for a brief moment. But, one things for sure: Pizza Twist knows what they’re doing and no matter how unsure you are, these pies are surprisingly good. In addition, Pizza Twist has a ton of vegan options to choose from.
Not a fan of Indian? That’s ok. The vegan-friendly Las Vegas restaurant has the pizzas we’ve all grown up with, too.
You don’t need to be adventurous to love these pizzas, but you do need to enjoy the complex flavors of Indian food.
Try the Vegan Butter Chicken Pizza Twist. It’s made with their signature vegan butter sauce and cheese, plus vegan chicken, red onions, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, and green chilies. The pie comes garnished with fresh cilantro and guarantees flavor in every bite.
They also serve tandoori BBQ pizza, garlic chicken, manchurian and tikka masala pies on the twist side of the aisle.
Of course, if you prefer the more traditional pizzas, you’re all set. They’ve got vegan meat lovers, veggies galore, pepperoni, BBQ chicken and more.
Aside from the pies, they also serve up other options. For wing lovers, they’ve got vegan soy wings they can toss in a variety of sauces — both traditional sauces and Indian flavors.
They also serve vegan cheesy bread, samosas and fries.
