Resorts World continues to emerge as one of the Strip’s most vegan-friendly hotels. FUHU bolsters the vegan options at Las Vegas hotel, thanks to their handful of dishes.
The gorgeous dining room featuring retro touches and Chinese-inspired murals, as well as a lush patio, make this the perfect spot for contemporary Asian cuisine. A concept from Zouk Singapore, which includes an adjacent night club of the same name FUHU offers up a vegan-friendly menu.
Las Vegas Vegan-Friendly Restaurant: FUHU
Vegan appetizers at FUHU
There are two vegan appetizers at FUHU. First, there is the vegan chicken larb. This dish features Gardein chicken in a lemongrass rice powder with onions. It’s tossed in a citrus vinaigrette and served with lettuce cups.
Second is a vegan sushi roll. The Vegan Two Timing Tuna is made with negi tempura and ponzu caramelized onion and topped with thin slices of roasted red pepper.
If you want something a little more basic, you can request an avocado and cucumber roll.
Next, let’s tackle the salads. The kale salad is vegan and comes with shaved walnuts, cucumber and crispy yuba in a truffle vinaigrette.
Vegan sides at FUHU
There are handful which can be made vegan when it comes to vegan sides at FUHU.
First, their signature fried rice is a beauty, but you’ve got to request it. Cooked with beets, the vibrant magenta rice comes with veggies. Request it without the egg to make it vegan.
Other dishes that can be made vegan are the noodles (available on request), eggplant chili, lo mein, broccolini, and green beans and garlic.
Vegan main courses
Our favorite dish at FUHU is the vegan Basil Beef. The perfectly cooked Impossible beef is joined by basil, onions, beech shrooms and peppers.
Second, there’s a roasted cauliflower. If you’re a fan of cauliflower, this dish is for you. It’s a massive chop of roasted cauliflower, topped with raw cauliflower and in an onion marmalade. The dish also has keffir lime and comes topped with toasted peanuts.
Finally, there’s roasted mushroom and carrots in a green curry and topped with eggplant caviar.
