Soft, squishy garlic knots served with piping hot marinara sauce. Homemade vegan ranch dressing that combines Vegenaise with almond milk and spices to create a creamy, flavorful dipping sauce. And then, there’s the pizza. Vegan pizza.
Pizza Company is basically a one-man operation. Joey, the owner, takes his business seriously. So, when his neighbor at the little strip mall where is shop is located, suggested he start to offer vegan options, he listened.
Thus, a new vegan pizza darling was born. Seriously, if you look at Instagram or Las Vegas Vegans, Pizza Company is always showing up in the feed.
What do we love? Other than how rad Joey is (and how personable), the food speaks for itself. Those garlic knots are perfection. So is the ranch.
As for the pizza, it’s really good, too. Cheese here is Daiya, although they do make their own, too. But, if you’re like us and not a fan of the cheese, that’s ok. He will sub out the cheese for two veggie toppings. Which is what we did. The result? A crispy, flavorful pie we couldn’t even finish because we stuff so many garlic knots in our mouth. Pizza Company is also constantly adding things to their vegan offerings, including the Beyond Meat sausage crumble.
