Stack is the latest steakhouse in Las Vegas with a vegan menu. Located inside The Mirage, this trendy restaurant launched their vegan menu in October 2018.
The rise in steakhouses serving vegan food in Las Vegas has been increasing, and Stack becomes one of the few on the Las Vegas Strip to have vegan options that extend beyond your basic baked potato and salad.
Chef Jessica Perlstein has created a vegan menu that taps into local producers like Desert Bloom Herb Farm to deliver a vegan steakhouse menu that is different from others in Las Vegas
The vegan menu features a little bit of everything — salad, soup, entrees and dessert.
The show-stopper is the smoked leek and potato soup served with crispy pita chips. This creamy coconut milk-based soup has perfect flavor and an added touch of Yukon potatoes tucked into the soup.
The two vegan entrees at Stack are the chicken picatta made with Gardein and served with PeeWee potatoes and cauliflower and a stuffed pita with chicken, hummus, Kalamata olives and romaine lettuce and a side of fries.
Of course, there are vegan sides, too. Add on some roasted mushrooms, spinach or cauliflower with capers and lemon.
Finish off your meal with the restaurant’s house-made sorbet.
